This notice explains how we handle information supplied through this website and correspondence.
Publisher update requests
The publisher-updates form is currently inactive and does not accept requests. We ask only for your email address, not your name, age or address.
When collection is enabled, we save your email, submission time, source page, the consent wording and its version, request status and any necessary administrative notes in a private website lead table. The button records your request; email updates are not sending yet. Requests remain pending confirmation. Repeating a request does not override an earlier withdrawal.
Storage and access
The website uses OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare D1 storage. These service providers process information to operate and protect the website. Processing may take place outside Australia. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and OpenAI’s privacy policy for their data-handling information.
Lead records and spreadsheet exports are restricted to Reclaimed Press administration. We do not publish the list, sell personal information or automatically copy requests to Kit. An authorised export contains the same records and must be handled privately.
Your choices and retention
You can withdraw your request or ask to access, correct or delete your record by emailing privacy@reclaimedpress.com.au. Withdrawing your request stops it being used for publisher updates. We may retain a limited suppression record to respect that choice.
Pending requests are kept for the purpose of starting publisher updates, unless withdrawn or no longer needed. Before sending begins, we will review pending records, the confirmation process, retention arrangements and the mailing provider, and update this notice. Each future publisher email will need to identify Reclaimed Press and provide an unsubscribe method.
Correspondence and orders
Australian orders are paid on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Stripe processes payment information and collects the contact, recipient and delivery details needed for your order, including an optional business name. We use the order details available in Stripe to arrange fulfilment and handle enquiries. The website does not collect or store your card details. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
If you email us, Google Workspace processes the information in your correspondence. The international shipping quote link opens your email app with a draft; it does not send an email or save a delivery address to the website. When you send the email, we use your contact details, requested quantity and delivery address to prepare a quote and correspond about your order.
For a paid order, Reclaimed Press supplies the recipient and delivery details to IngramSpark to arrange printing and delivery. IngramSpark and its delivery providers process those details to fulfil the order. An enquiry or purchase does not subscribe you to publisher updates. Do not send card details by email.
Website security and measurement
We do not currently use advertising trackers. Hosting providers may use essential technical information to deliver and secure the website. For signup abuse prevention, the website uses a temporary, changing identifier derived from the request’s network address. The lead table does not store that address. Rate-limit records expire after two hours and are removed during subsequent accepted submissions.
